Submitting a Support Request

For any technical issues, change requests, or questions about your engagement, the fastest way to get help is to submit a support ticket through this portal.

When to Use the Support Portal

  • Reporting a bug or technical issue on a deliverable
  • Requesting a change or addition to your scope
  • Asking a question about your account or billing
  • Escalating an issue that hasn't been resolved via Slack

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Click Submit a Ticket in the navigation menu above
  2. Select the appropriate category for your request
  3. Provide as much detail as possible — screenshots help
  4. Click Submit

Response Times

  • Critical (site down, campaign paused): 2-hour response
  • High (blocking issue): Same business day
  • Normal: Within 1 business day
  • Low (questions, minor changes): Within 2 business days
